Job Description :
To develop new product formulation in line with marketing plan.
To coordinate with government/local authority on the special requirement such as health cert/free sales cert.
To coordinate and control ISO/HACCP system documentation to ensure timely updating and maintenance.
To coordinate internal audit, external certification bodies/customer audit to ensure external audits are being carried out smoothly and corrective actions for non-conformance identified are being carried out and completed accordingly.
To coordinate investigation activities upon receive of customer complaints and to ensure that customer complaints are being acknowledged and replied upon completion of investigation on a timely basis.
To conduct data analysis and report findings.
Skills Required :
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Degree in Food Science/Food Technology
